Founded by ISA Certified Arborist and Licensed Landscape Contractor Paul Everett (CA #1112531), Radici blends horticultural science, artistry, and field experience to maintain exceptional outdoor environments that thrive year-round.
With a B.S. in Horticultural Business Management from Colorado State University, Paul leads a small, expert team focused on long-term landscape health, water efficiency, and refined aesthetics.
Each property we manage is approached as a living investment — balancing beauty, structure, and ecological function.

Our founder holds a Bachelor of Science in Horticultural Business Management and built Radici from the ground up — experience that is shared with those ready to follow a similar path.

Our Career Pathway Program:
All team members begin with a 90-day internship at minimum wage. This is an intensive introduction to every aspect of our work — soil, irrigation, plants, hardscape, and restoration. From there, we help build a personalized career track based on your goals, including:

Gaining professional certifications.

Mentorship in launching your own horticultural business.
Long-Term Vision:
